Today we’d like to introduce you to Kendra Sanders, A Multi-Million Dollar, Top Producing, Realtor
Kendra, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I’m a newly licensed realtor in the Atlanta area. I became licensed in May of 2017. I was currently nine months and expecting with my husband when I took my licensing exam and passed. I literally went into labor and birth my child three days after I passed my real estate exam. Due to me having to nurse and care for my newborn, I didn’t dive into my real estate career until January of 2018, which was last year. It was my very first year of being an active real estate agent and I knew that there were so many goals that I wanted to maintain and reach. Everyone knows that most new agents hope that they can become a successful realtor during their time of trying to help clients find a home. I was no different. I was Praying to reach a peak not only in my life and my career but also to help my clients reach a peak in their lifetime. Becoming a homeowner is most people’s dreams and I wanted to be the one who assisted them in obtaining their goals.
The first part of 2018, I took a ton of training classes to educate myself of the industry and the market. The key to any successful agent is being knowledgeable about what you are doing. You want any potential clients to trust and believe that you will have their best interest at heart and that you know what you are doing. After all, this will be one of the biggest purchases they may ever make in their entire lifetime, so being educated is vital for your success and theirs. In June of 2018, with half of the year left, I was determined to reach my initial goals that I had set for myself at the beginning of the year. I was scared as heck. I was thinking to myself, it’s no way that I will be a top-producing agent with only half of the year left during my first year. I seriously doubted myself and didn’t think it would be achievable. At least not this time around anyway. Nevertheless, I hit the ground running. Full speed. Marketing. Dropping knowledge. Conducting first time home buyer seminars. Hosting open houses. Attending networking events. Anything that needed to be done, I was willing to do it. There were plenty of late nights and early mornings.
Especially when you’re already a mother, wife, and caring for a newborn. My work did not go unnoticed and it wasn’t done in vain. I was able to close out my 2018 as a Top Producing, Multi-Million Dollar agent. I was ranked in the top 10% of realtors here in the Atlanta area, out of over 10,000 licensed realtors. Can we say major achievement??? Can I get a praise break please, 😂 Just being able to accomplish the goals I set out to achieve in so little time, showed me that I can obtain anything that I truly have a passion for. I’m only in my first quarter of 2019, and I’m 1 million dollars away from matching my previous numbers for last year and I’m just getting started 😬🤗 My purpose has always been helping others and it’s an amazing feeling just knowing that I played an intricate part in their life goals. I have a dedicated team of people that assist with everything, from credit repair, tax paperwork, and getting you approved. Some of the best in the business and very knowledgeable in their area of expertise.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Entrepreneurship is EXTREMELY hard. You have to spend a lot of late nights and early mornings trying to put into building your brand. Building a brand is important. You want people to trust you and know that you will deliver. Some days will be easier than others, the goal is to always stay encouraged.

We specialize in helping future homeowners find their new home and helping current sellers sell their current home for top dollar. We’re known for making the impossible, POSSIBLE!!! I’m extremely proud of how my company has been able to assist so many people who thought they couldn’t obtain becoming a homeowner in their lifetime. I think what truly sets us apart, is the fact that we have sooooooooo many different options and avenues that we could take to allow the goals to become realistic. Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from childhood would have to be the Flood of 1994 in my hometown of Albany, Ga. Sounds crazy right lol 😂 But during this time, even though it was a devastating time, it allowed my super huge family to all move under one household at one time. Staying at Grandmas house at that. Every kid loves their grandma. Imagine all of your aunts, uncles, and cousins having to live together until the homes got repaired and fixed. The adults probably hated it, I know I would lol, but as a kid, It was LIFE. Having your kid cousins there to play all day, everyday, was EVERYTHING!
