Hi Kevin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Hello, My name is Kevin Patrick. I am a full time entrepreneur and I also serve on the city council in West Point, Georgia. I have been married to my beautiful wife Ranisha for 20 years and we have two sons Kenzavian and Braidyn. On the entrepreneur side, I have an insurance agency/investment firm with multiple licensed agents that I help mentor. I have been in the financial industry for over 16 years. Before, I was in the financial service industry, I was a video technician for a company that hosted video calls for CitiGroup. It was during that time that I began to hear more information regarding the financial space solely by just listening in while helping corporate presidents and ceo’s facilitate their video calls. At the time of being a video technician, I didnt know that my future would have plans for me to become a Regional Vice President of a financial firm. Fast forward 16 years later and thousands of clients later, I am running my own financial services business. We specialize in all types of Insurance(life, auto, home, commercial) and we can also assist our clients with retirement accounts, investment accounts, college funds, etc….
Being a business owner has allowed me to have time to also serve my community in different capacities. Prior to being on the city council I served on the Develpment Authority where I sat as the chairman, I also served on the housing authority board and the planning/development commission. All of these boards prep me to be a more efficient City Councilman, so when I was elected, I sorta knew how our city’s infrastructure was ran. I’m currently in my 3rd year of my first term on the city council. I have always wanted to be a person that was able to help bring change, especially for the people who feel like they don’t have a voice. I want to help groom our next group of leaders, but the best way to do that is to be a great example for them. I also want the younger generation to understand that they are up next and they need to have the necessary knowledge to lead the generation that comes after them as well,
As for the future for our business goals, I want to continue growing our financial services business to new heights. We want agents in over 30 states, so we have work to do. We will get it done, no doubt. And as for my goals im politics, I will continue to learn more and maybe one day become the mayor of my city or possibly a congressman or senator . At the end of the day, the sky isn’t limit, we have to believe we are limitless and can do anything we put our minds too!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being in business wasnt always easy. You have your learning curves. Anytime you’re growing and elevating, you will have teachable moments. Embrace those moments, because they are the key to your success. F.A.I.L. Fist Attempt In Learning is the motto!

We are in the financial services industry. We specialize in helping our clients acheive their financial goals.
We can help our clients with all of their insurance needs(life, auto, home, commercial and business insurance) and we can also assist our clients with retirement accounts, investment accounts, college funds, rollover accounts and many more services.
I love that I can sit down with an individual or family, and give them a specialize game plan to get them from their current financial situation to hitting their financial goals.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Praying first thing in the morning and
getting in the gym helps me get my focus for the day.
Throughout the day, im listening to positive affirmation videos on YouTube and that helps me keep my positivity juices going.
