Hi Kim , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
For more than a decade, Kim Lovette has graced the stage and screen with her undeniable talents. The multi-talented and versatile actress has appeared as a featured performer in several music videos including a notable performance alongside Young Jeezy & Kanye West in the Hip Hop Anthem, Put On (For My City), Move B*tch By Ludacris, Find A Way By Rod West, How Can I Lose By Joe Gifted & Block 125 & Highlight Girl by Jamar Langley.

Kim also has a noteworthy modeling resume. Her print work includes appearances in Southern Living, Cooking Light & Weight Watchers Magazines. Her image also appeared on the package for a popular toy manufactured by Little Tykes Toys and in a brochure for Baptist Medical Center Princeton.

Although Kim’s body of work has been extensive, the sky’s the limit and the path is clear for greater works for Kim Lovette. She believes that art is ministry & she definitely wants to be of greater use in The Kingdom Of God. In addition to all of the opportunities she has been afforded in the unfolding of her dreams, she is also the proud mother of talented celebrity make-up artist, Kira Noel Zitney who has had the honor of working with Lynn Whitfield, Jessica White (A Victoria Secret’s Angel), Revlon, Dark & Lovely, various international publications, plus many other noteworthy clients.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I had an agent that submitted me for a really big film that would’ve garnered my first six figure check if I landed the job. He submitted me among a roster of nearly 300 people. I was selected in the top three. He was blown away by the fact that I was selected on the first really big job he submitted me for. He gave me the wrong call time and all the wrong instructions. He basically sabotaged the whole job for me & I still to this day don’t understand why. He would’ve gotten 20% of my pay & all he did was submit an email that I drafted. #WhyLord? So much to that whole story, but we’ll save that for another day. Well, the journey continues, but the other two actresses involved are now big stars…#AllIsWell #Purpose&TimingAlwaysPrevail

I am an actress with a storied past that gives me so much emotional tapestry to draw from that makes is easy for people to relate to and understand from almost any walk of life…
