Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristina Webb.
Kristina, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Born in Denver, Co and Raised in Stuttgart, Germany, I always seen myself as a basketball player and nothing else. Relocating to Atlanta, Ga, I began finding a new love for music and just creating. I use to sneak out the house and go to one of the biggest events in the city at ATLANTA LIVE but I could never get in, I was only 17. I became very cool with the promoters and they allowed me to hang up posters until I turned 18 and I was allowed to go in the club….. Amazed, and then I realized I wanted to do just that, throw parties…. I started working with a well-known promotion team GIRLS IN THE NIGHT and learned the business and how the nightlife was ran. A few years later, I branched off and started to do my own events and house parties. I later then started a promotion group, WeDemBoiz Ent. The next hottest promotion team, throwing events starting with just 50 people growing to doing 200+ weekly, until one year the biggest challenge yet for us to face, we failed, everything went under and everyone went their separate ways. Still being in love with event planning, I continued on and Created ALLHER ENT, a company that promotes woman empowerment. After five years of Being successful with my independent company and working with many top businesswomen in different cities, including ATL, NY, CO, NJ, FL and PA, it gives me the motivation to strive daily for what I want my company to be remembered as. I can truly say, these past ten years have taught me so much about not just business but as well as myself. I have a major love for people and just seeing others happy, and Allher Ent is all about creating an experience and everlasting memories!
Has it been a smooth road?
The road has not been smooth at all. I have overcome a lot. This game teaches you a lot about trust, loyalty, and hustle. The biggest struggle of all was being stabbed in the back, but I appreciate it because it only helped make me stronger and go harder for what I believe in. Life has a way of throwing us lemons, but it’s up to us to know what to do with them, and instead of being sour, I always choose to make lemonade!
So, as you know, we’re impressed with ALL HER ENT – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
My company, All her Ent, is all about woman empowerment. Specializing in event planning. Creating an experience and not just a party. Something that will stick with you for years to come. I have been blessed to produce many events for the LGBTQ community. I am most proud of the responses I get when people come out and the smile on their face and to see people live in their true skin. I truly enjoy what I do for the people and to be able to provide an outlet for many to come and just be social and enjoy themself. What sets me apart is that I am just ME. I commend all other event planners because this is not an easy job. The amount of work it takes to put into an event makes it all worth it when you see everyone having a great time.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love that the city allows you to be YOU! Everything that goes on in the city is what makes ATLANTA. I honestly love it here, much different than Germany, lol, but I must say I have met some amazing entrepreneurs here. I honestly hope they provide shelter for the homeless.
