Today we’d like to introduce you to Lacy Miller Scott.

I am Lacy Miller Scott. I was born and raised in Jamaica W.I. but now resides in the United States. I felt like sharing my artistic abilities by personalizing gifts. Too often I see individuals talking about bad customer service and high-cost they pay to personalize a T-shirt for a birthday party or a baby shower. After completing my Master’s in Education with a minor in learning behaviors in 2019, I decided to start an online store selling graffiti tees and fashion jewelry. My aim is to provide good service and quality prints to all consumers. I always love decorating and designing items or events. I have a drive and passion for this business. I asked God daily to guide and protect my investment.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
This journey is not smooth and it’s not at it’s worse. However it takes a lot of work, sacrifice and determination. I had to make changes as I go along due to the fact that my expenditures exceed my capital. I had to learn new skill and knowledge to take on the day to day task associated with my small business. I remember when it was difficult to purchase a new cricket explore and my co- worker sold me hers at an affordable and reasonable price I was so grateful and she even went the extra mile to teach me the basic components and operation of the machine.

At Fruitfulsouvenirs we offered personalized gifts to celebrate important dates, joyous occasions and memorable moments. Ranging from individuals ideas, such as greeting cards, bags, can sleeves, group gifts such as T-Shirts, pullovers, swimsuits etc

What sets us apart are our quality goods and service. I am proud about the daily positive feedback and recommendations given to us by our customers.I ensure effective communication takes place day to day creating an environment that is conducive for purchasing.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would started out with my custom shirt and less focus buying from large companies. Then use my capital in more machines and raw materials.
