Today we’d like to introduce you to Lamont Lawrence.
Hi Lamont, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Georgia with my parents for a better life. I love my hometown but it was a lot of poverty, struggle and crime and my family felt that moving to Georgia would be a better place to grow up with more opportunity. It took a while for me to get adjusted and accepted but as time went on this became my new home.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I have faced many challenges in my life and as a teen, I found myself on the wrong track getting into the streets and skipping school a lot. I eventually was kicked out and forced to get my GED but this would later turn out to be the best thing to happen to me. Getting kicked out of school led me into the hair industry, where I met my Mentor Tom Harris that took me under his wing and taught me the hair business. I started off as a shampoo assistant and worked my way up to a Barber/Hair Stylist this skill set would forever change my life and give me a talent that I could always make money with. Fast forward and this pushed me into owning a salon and developing my own hair care line focused on restoring and growing my client’s hair with all-natural ingredients.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I had been blessed to be able to own a salon employ hairstylists over the years and use my gifts to expand my brand and products to people all over the world. I get joy out of being able to boost confidence in women and men that had been suffering with hair loss issues and helping them to get their confidence back.

I look to leave a legacy for my children and my future grandchildren while impacting the lives of others in a positive way.
