Today we’d like to introduce you to LaShawn Rembert.
LaShawn, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
The Jump Sis Foundation started when I made a decision back in 2021 to pursue a life that would be fulfilling in every way. The origin of the business is birthed from a place of freedom and releasing the old to walk into the best this life has to offer. I was burdened with a desire to impact women on a level that I had not yet done, but I had one thing that was lingering over my head that I needed to let go of. That thing was a relationship that was long-standing and headed for marriage, but I felt greater was calling. My release from that relationship became a launching pad for my purpose, and JUMP Sis was created. I wrote the book “Jump Sis” and now I am excited to be positioned to help other women launch, leap, and jump into their goals, dreams, hopes, and desires. Our team currently offers coaching services along with an array of programs to support our clients on their individual journeys.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road less traveled is never smooth, so this journey has been filled with its share of ebbs and flows, but I see it as an opportunity to get better and perfect the craft of what we offer through the JUMP Sis Foundation. I believe in extending myself grace and allowing myself to have the ability to flow with the process.
The more we gain exposure and remain consistent, the greater the momentum and support from our surrounding community. We have a strong belief in using our village of supporters and volunteers to continue to move our vision and range of impact forward. Big vision takes a village! My greatest lesson has been just that! There’s no reward in doing things alone, and you are able to go much further and faster when you have a team fighting with you.

JUMP Sis is a business that offers coaching services, membership groups, programs, products, and live events for women in efforts to impact, empower, and cause a change in our clients that leads to them following purpose and living a life of fulfillment. We are most known for our weekly group coaching services and core membership groups that help our clients network with like-minded women who have a growth mindset.
Our ability to provide lasting connections and impact within our community sets us apart. We exist to see the full transformation of our clients, and we are less concerned about simply getting cute and having a good time. We are committed to the growth and development of women from the inside out. When we get together, no one leaves the same. This is not your average women empowerment movement. For us, it’s all about the impact that can be sustained and built upon.
I am so excited to see that we are experiencing a lot of brand recognition in our community. We’ve only just begun, but the impact is being recognized, and that speaks volumes. When our brand comes up, the conversation shows fruit that we are accomplishing what we were placed here to accomplish in the lives of women. We’ve touched over 1,000 women and girls in just shy of two years, and we’re privileged to continue our reach.
The most important thing to know about our brand is that we love to see women win! It is our greatest passion to help women find purpose and create strategies to execute and build out the vision they see for their lives. We are fanatical about supporting and doing life with our clients, program participants, mentees, and beyond. We do not have to do this alone. We get to do life together.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Prior to launching the JUMP Sis Foundation, I worked in the financial services industry for almost seven years. Helping to support my clients and team members on their journey to reaching their financial goals gave me the foundation to build an independent business model exclusively for the purpose of supporting women as they align with a life of fulfillment and purpose.
