So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I was in that commonly awkward spot in life where I’m just like…. what the heck am I about to do with myself. I had just had a baby and I gave up on college shortly after.
No direction, but one thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to work for myself; I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I read all kind of stories about how some of the richest people did not attend college.. that was all the motivation I needed! It gave me hope!
Now, it was time to narrow it down some more. They always say when you do something you love, it’ll never feel like work. So, my next thought…. what is it that you love to do?!……… FASHION!… and that was pretty much where it started. Now, I just have to figure out how to turn my passion for business. Ample hours of research and trial and error has been my biggest learning helper.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road!
The biggest struggle would be trying to keep yourself motivated when your busy isn’t moving as fast as you would want it to.
