Today we’d like to introduce you to Lenesia Cooper.

Lenesia, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was looking to start an Event Venue and the startup costs along with operating costs was going to be a bear. I had always wanted to start a business to help people celebrate milestones and joyous occasions. And a Party on Wheels popped in mind. As I find every excuse to have a party or a celebration.

I attribute my business success to the support of my husband and family. The support they have provided has been the backbone of our success. My end goal to was to protect the brand and be consistent in providing the best product, finding the best professional drivers and exemplary customer service also attribute to the success of GoGo Party Bus.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Overall it has been a smooth road; however, the challenge for every small business and mines is not an exception is cash flow – when a major mechanical failure happens – you have to ensure you have the cash flow to get the vehicle repaired to get it back on the road. If the buses are not on the road making money the business can halt to a standstill.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the GoGo Party Bus story. Tell us more about the business.
GoGo Party Bus is a family owned event planning and transportation services company based in Atlanta and now expanding its business and offering franchises in other states. The business was started in 2011 and we experienced almost instant success. The business skyrocketed within the first two years after launching allowing people to have fun while on the go. Our signature branding on our GoGo Party Bus and our customer service contributes to our success

GoGo Party Bus operates 6 party buses fully equipped with televisions, strobe lights, music, and photo booths, and karaoke machines. The buses also have plush seating, hardwood floors, an audio/video media center, and wet bar.

Each bus accommodates anywhere from 14-30 people, and her clients include people celebrating engagements, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, graduations, as well as company functions.

Our current staff includes 8 drivers and 1 operations manager.
