Hi Love, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.

I have been in the Hospitality Food & Beverage Industry for over 25 years and professional bartending for over 15 years. Her experience includes Night clubs, Adult Entertainment, Fine Dining Restaurants, Country Clubs, Bar & Grills, Pubs, and even Fast Food. If you name it, I have experience there. I declined employment to bartend aboard Viking River Cruises and Airline Stewarding with Continental Airlines (now United Airlines). My passion and trade is in the Hospitality – Food & Beverage segment. Collins Bartending started in October 2016. We are in the business for the Love of Service and everything the Food & Beverage Industry has to offer: People, Money, Entertainment, Experience, Fun, Travel, & Cultivation of the Bar Business.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has absolutely not been a smooth road, lol!
Trial and error was the most struggle along the way in the beginning. Figuring out what truly works for Collins Bartending in order to provide the legendary service that every VIP deserves was a bumpy road, but we finally got it. We’ve figured out what it takes and why our niche is the best in this market segment. And it’s not just about supplying our Guests with great service but having professional integrity with fellow vendors and venues for the best outcomes for our shared client.

Collins Bartending, LLC is a part of the Food & Beverage Industry; Bar Segment. Collins Bartending is a premiere “Private Concierge Service” where we are “Elevating Your Occasion.” We provide and serve alcohol and beverages on location for private celebrations only. Collins Bartending was born from the idea of providing top-notch, private country club service within your private estate. We refer to all of our customers (prior & present) as VIPs. Being a Collins Bartending VIP is a membership all within itself.
What should we know?
You should know that Collins Pro-bartenders are the eyes and ears of the Host (our VIP) to make sure you are receiving the maximum benefit of safety, service, and fun. All Collins Pro-bartenders are licensed, insured, and Alcohol-ServSafe certified. We party responsibly and take the handling of alcohol very seriously.
What do you do, what do you specialize in / what are you known for?
Collins Bartending is a mobile bartending business. Our specialty is reminding our VIPs how valuable they are as we blow their minds with high-class service. Collins Bartending is known for top-quality performance from the time our VIP inquires for service through to wrapping up their occasion – from beginning to end. On top of (1) mobile, private bartending service, (2) we provide signature/craft drinks, (3) Custom Cocktail menu, (4) Bar Consultations, and (5) Bar Staff/Behind the bar training.
What sets you apart from others?
Our classic and timeless style is what sets us apart from others. Collins Bartending is not interested in mediocre casual wear. We are suited to the 9’s all the time because we are serious about being fine as a vintage wine.

What do you want our readers to know about your brand, offerings, services, etc?
Your occasion is not a “one-size-fits-all” nor will Collins Bartending treat it as such. All of our customers are VIPs and not just a number or dollar sign. Our reservation process is seamless with party packages that provide offers you can’t refuse or you can go à la carte. If your occasion is worth celebrating, be a small book club gathering, intimate reception, or as large as an office pool party, you need Collins Bartending.
What were you like growing up?
I was a quiet nerd! I wasn’t popular, but everybody knew my name even when I didn’t know theirs respectively. I loved books, reading, and geography, and my favorite place to hang out was the library hands down… I learned and saw a lot at the library. The cool and quietness of the atmosphere had great energy for great thinking. My favorite books were encyclopedias. I thought they were amazing with such vast amounts of information about anything.
Even then as a child before 10 years old, I was very interested in the relationship of product/service, money, and entrepreneurship/business. I started my 1st candy and kool-aid resell business when I was in the 4th grade. I was very profitable. I also wrote and created one-of-a-kind paper storybooks and my peers bought them! They sold like hotcakes. All these things I can attribute to my Dad. He was a great man and passed away in March 2020 from natural causes.
