Today we’d like to introduce you to Anna Strohsahl.
Anna, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I worked in corporate America for Wall Street firms straight out of college. Finance is my true passion. You take one look at my book collection and it appears to be of one of a 65 retiree from the Street. I’ve been fortunate enough to work for some of the best firms, best managing directors and learned an abundance of knowledge.
However, was I really happy? Or was I going through the motions daily? I soon wanted to separate myself from corporate America, yet had no idea what I’d do instead. I took inventory of my skills and passions and decided a personal concierge service/lifestyle management company would fulfill the lack of supply and influx of demand in Buckhead, Atlanta.
I left behind a six-figure salary at 27, for a startup with no funding back up. It’s been scary (very scary) but exhilarating. I’m actually HAPPY! And that’s the key to life, right? If you don’t try, you’ll never know if you are meant to succeed.
Overall, has it been a relatively smooth road? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been as smooth as a Parisian Road. – aka I’ve tripped and fallen many times. I learned I just need to be become stronger everyday.
Starting a business is not only costly endeavor but also one that really provides insight to yourself and your true work ethic. Yeah, you might not need to be in the office by 7 AM but that doesn’t mean you can watch Netflix all day – as tempting as that sounds. I have made it goal to do as much business development as possible everyday of the week. It’s been quite the rollercoaster, but I have a feeling it will be well worth the panic attacks 🙂
I truly think that everything happens for a reason, and if you believe in yourself, you will get there. It may take years but don’t give up.

Well, I just started; so I can’t truly answer that. Hopefully, in a year I will have a response of “nothing, I’m a billionaire.”
