Hi Maddie Ileena, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Maddie ileena, I am 27 years old & I am from Manhattan, Ny I am a military brat so I grew up all around the United States ! I am a singer/songwriter & an entrepreneur. I’ve been singing and dancing since I was 4, I’ve been on x-factor & Americas got talent & also did some broadway plays and commercials growing up. I’ve always had a thing for creating my own fashion designs so I started a boutique called “ Bella femme “ after I became a self taught nail tech in 2021 and sold press ons hand made by me, beauty products, & trendy fashion attire for woman! I am also a popular Bottle Girl/ Bartender/ Entertainer In Atlanta, Ga ! I’ve been in the game for over 6 years and I love it ! In a year from now everyone will know who Maddie ileena is because they will see my progress from the past to the present & the future because I stay consistent, I set a game plan and always execute for greatness.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been easy trying to gain support from people who you thought would support any creative idea you present to the world. You deal with so many people that want to be in competition & they forget it’s room for everyone to eat & be successful. I’ve learned your main support comes from strangers, not your friends, family, or lover. For the most part though my journey so far has been smooth and I do receive a lot of love and support and people are really just ready for me to do more with my music and my YouTube so I’m really ready to get back into that this year and stay consistent and give the people what they want.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am an artist and songwriter, I sing mainly R&B & old school music but I am open to any genre & have over 200+ songs written that I have never dropped. I’m also a good rapper but I prefer to keep it sexy and feminine and my writing is always towards the r&b side. I’ve worked with multiple artist I’ve been in some of your favorite artist music videos & done lots of collabs and commercials throughout my journey. I also do photo shoots for magazines, I act & have done some broadway plays as well. I am also a popular bottle girl/bartender in multiple clubs in Atlanta Ga, I’ve been in the entertainment industry in Atlanta for over 6 years and I love it ! My main goal this year is to actually drop my music and show you guys a little more insight about me and my journey through my YouTube channel !
How do you think about luck?
There’s a rule I always go by & that’s to never let another persons words dictate your actions, I abide by this everyday because your actions in any and every room you walk in will be your legacy & if you let every single outside noise get to you then you will not be lead by success or looked at as the BEST, but lead by the burden of being the “Bad Guy” Or the “victim” which will cause failure due to your time being consumed on wondering why people feel this way and that way versus not giving a F** what anyone has to say about anything you decide to do in YOUR life so you have nothing but time to focus on what your next success is .
