Meet Madilyn of Chiropractic On The Square

Today we’d like to introduce you to Madilyn.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey into chiropractic care began in Atlanta, where I worked at Atlanta Chiropractic and Wellness Center and discovered my passion for helping others through natural, holistic health. Inspired by that experience, I went on to earn my chiropractic degree from LIFE University and later returned to that very same office, this time as a chiropractor! I served the Atlanta community for five wonderful years.

Recently, my family and I relocated to McDonough, Georgia, after renovating my husband’s childhood home. We now happily share it with our daughter and our playful Pomeranian. I founded Chiropractic on the Square to bring compassionate, personalized chiropractic care to the people of McDonough, and I absolutely love being part of this warm and welcoming community.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the hardest parts of opening my own clinic was leaving my first chiropractic home, Atlanta Chiropractic and Wellness Center. I grew so much there, both personally and professionally, and it felt like a big step into the unknown to go out on my own. But having my own space, one that reflects my vision, my values, and the kind of care I want to provide, has been such an incredible experience. I love being able to set the tone for my clinic, from the atmosphere to the hours that work best for my patients and my family. Balancing work and home life is always a bit of a juggling act, especially as a mom and wife, but it is also what keeps me grounded and motivated every day.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Chiropractic On The Square?
At Chiropractic On The Square, I have tried to create a space that feels welcoming, relaxing, and personal. I do not want it to feel like a typical doctor’s office. I want patients to feel at home the moment they walk in. Every visit is tailored to the individual, not just their symptoms. I take the time to listen, to understand what’s going on in their life, and to figure out how chiropractic can help them feel and function better. My goal is to make each person feel cared for, heard, and genuinely supported because healing happens best in a positive, comfortable environment.

I have always been fascinated by how the body works and how it has the power to heal itself when it is properly supported. When I discovered chiropractic care, it just clicked. It combines science, hands-on care, and the opportunity to truly change people’s lives. I love that chiropractic is not just about relieving pain; it’s about helping people feel better and function at their best. Seeing my patients walk out feeling better, moving better, and living more fully reminds me every day why I chose this path.

While I truly enjoy caring for patients of all ages and walks of life, I have a special passion for working with pregnant moms and children. There is something so rewarding about helping expectant mothers feel more comfortable and supporting their bodies through such a special time. And caring for kids; watching them grow, thrive, and develop healthy habits early on is one of my favorite parts of what I do. Chiropractic care can make such a difference at every stage of life, and I love being able to support families as a whole.

I absolutely love the sense of connection I have with my patients and the McDonough community. This area has such a warm, small town feel, and people truly look out for one another. It has been amazing getting to know families, seeing their kids grow, and being part of their wellness journey. My patients inspire me every day! They trust me with their health, share their stories, and often become like family. Being able to serve such a close knit and supportive community makes all the hard work completely worth it!

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Most people are surprised to learn that I am actually a little bit of a homebody! I love being social and connecting with my patients and the community, but when I am home, I really enjoy the simple things. From spending time with my family, cooking dinner together, or relaxing outside, being home with my family is where I recharge. I also have a creative side that comes out when I am decorating my home or designing spaces in my clinic. I think that balance between serving others and caring for my family at home is what keeps me grounded and able to give my best every day.
