Today we’d like to introduce you to Marco Mojica.

Marco, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started the company about four years ago. Initially, my business offered graphic and web design services. While creating and deploying websites, I noticed a lack of products, services and features small businesses needed, such as SSL Certificates, Load Balancing, DDoS protection, MultiA-Z, Geolocation cache, etc.

Using my IT background and previous experience, I’ve unified all the available technology in a single service.

These features are vital to companies and users to protect user privacy and improve the quality of service to end users. Most of the existing hosting providers do not offer this technology, and if they do, they charge way more than Octa Graphics. Our vision and mission is offer top of the line products and services for small businesses with an affordable price.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road; like any business, Octa Graphics has its challenges. Our greatest challenge is to explain why our products are better than the competition to non-technical clients.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Octa Graphics – what should we know?
We mainly offer hosting services; we are now in the middle of creating an alliance with a graphic design company to extend our services and make our business grow.

We are known to be the unique provider who gives the All-in-One Service which includes SSL, Load Balancing, DDoS protection, Geolocation Cache and more.

We are different because we are local and care about our customer’s needs. We invest in technology research to stay one step ahead.

First of all, I want to thank God for the opportunities he has provided me. I moved to Atlanta four years ago and met my wife who has supported me through this whole process. I have also been inspired by open source technology and the people I have worked with throughout my career specifically my father who has taught me some very valuable lessons in life.
