Today we’d like to introduce you to Marie Fratoni.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I have enjoyed a career that has taken many turns over the years, yet, there is a common thread that is woven through the fabric. That is, I am I help people prosper, live fully, and have more joy and freedom. Currently, I focus on working with women entrepreneurs, providing coaching and training, allowing them to build amazing businesses with clients, money, and freedom.
I began out of college as a psychotherapist, where I specialized in groups that offered personal and professional development. I transitioned into the field of higher education where I worked as Career Planning and Placement Director for a Boston-area College and then began a position in the country’s first and oldest Human Resources Consulting and Management Firm.
There I built a career in the Training and Development Industry, holding leadership positions in Industry Associations, took a short-stint as Training Director of an International Pharmaceutical Company based in Geneva, Switzerland, which launched my entrepreneurial venture! I’ve been a Champion of women, and have been at work on issues that help women prosper for a lifetime.
I founded three Women’s Professional Organizations, and currently, lead the Women’s Professional Development Network in Atlanta. We grow women entrepreneurs. WPDN, as it is affectionately called, is the community service arm of Get Clients Everywhere. I am a Certified Coach, Business Strategist, and Professional Speaker, I lead annual retreats in Italy.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No. Starting out on my own was rough. Not understanding what had to be done to get clients, consistent cash flow, I leaped and didn’t have a very sturdy net, although I had excellent skills and a huge desire to make a difference. I also grew up, and life always has curveballs to dodge…. health issues, relationship issues and working on ourselves.

What makes me most proud of my company is my clients! I love my clients, and acknowledge and celebrate what they do to build themselves and their business. I deliver what I say I’ll deliver. Since I have several years of experience in Sales and Leadership Positions in Corporate America, Human Services, B2B, B2C, my track record sets me apart. I love what I do. I love people. I love the space of transformation.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
My future plans is to continue what I’m currently doing. I’d like to expand WPDN and add a Scholarship Program to our offering, as another way to give back and help others launch businesses. I intend to conduct One-Day Events in several major cities, where I can meet, speak, and support entrepreneurs. A Podcast and book are in the works.
