BunAppetitCatering is one of its kind. Mix up ambition add a passionate man who strives to provide good quality tasting food, and BunAppetitCatering is born. You can best describe the experience as food for the soul or a taste of home.
Ms. Smith (his mom) and Mrs. Glenda (his grandmother) has heavily influenced Mario’s passion for whipping up culinary masterpieces. From the age of eight, Mario helped his mom and grandmother brew up meals that burst in flavor in the kitchen. From those experiences alone, Mario has learned how to prepare a variety of flavorful cuisines ranging from Italian, Asian, Mexican and Soul foods.
Today, Mario Eberhart is a Senior at Tennessee State University. He is a private chef and caterer. Faculty, staff and students support BunAppetitCatering as a business.
The support has grown the business tremendously. His goal is to open up a restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee. College students will enjoy a garden-themed restaurant that brings students a peace of mind with chill music and good-tasting food.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Absolutely! But, The journey of it all has been absolutely amazing. God has kept me grounded and positive along this roller coaster. There are days where I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders, especially when I don’t execute something to my standards.
I set very high standards for my business but picking myself up when I fall has really grown me into an even stronger individual.
I truly thank God for that.

If you haven’t had a taste of BunAppetitCatering yet, you are in for treat.
My brand offers food for the soul. It makes you feel better inside and out! I pride myself on using the highest quality food products. (Organic non-gmo, steroid-free poultry, or non-processed dairy products).
I am a driven man, my peers would best describe me as an ambitious and inspirational person. I love making people smile so cooking up meals that burst in flavor warms their heart.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
I give credit to my mother and grandmother for pushing me to be the man I am today. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for them.
Now without my clients, there will be no BunAppetitCatering. The support has been truly amazing, shocking at the least.
I find myself at aw. You all keep me going, even on the days I want to give up, you all push me beyond my means. Again, without my supporters, peers, friends and family BunAppetitCatering would be nothing.
