Visitors to our sites can browse available franchises and businesses for sale in their local area and request additional information from those that interest them. Our sites provide a wide selection of franchises, business opportunities, and businesses for sale to entrepreneurs looking to purchase and operate their own business.
Our sites are a fantastic one stop shop for those looking to purchase their own business, folks can browse hundreds of different businesses and franchise in a wide variety of industries. Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As an internet based business, we are spend a lot of our time thinking about how to improve our websites and make them as visible as they can be on the Search engines like Google and Bing and social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Technology is ever changing and we strive to stay ahead of the curve. As more and more people use their mobile phones to access the web, it is imperative that all of our websites look great and function well on mobile phones. Our flagship sites, FranchiseOpportunties.com and BusinessBroker.net, also have APPS available for free download on both the Android and iOS (Apple) platforms. One of the main challenges that we continually grapple with is how to make our sites fast in terms of responsiveness and load time, particular on a mobile phone. As we all know, there is nothing more frustrating than a site that takes a long time for pages to load. It can be challenging as there are many variables to contend with including many different internet browsers, photos/images on site, database access, just to name a few. These challenges also keep our jobs interesting and we are constantly learning and growing.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Franchise Opportunities Network – what should we know?
As mentioned earlier, we help franchises and businesses connect with potential buyers. We connect buyers and sellers. We work with franchises that are looking to open new franchise locations and with business brokers who represent business owners that are selling their business. We don’t get involved directly in the actual negotiations, we simply connect the franchises and businesses for sale with potential buyers (those looking to possible buy a business).
We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, we have a talented and experienced team that helps brokers and franchises craft a marketing plan to attract quality prospective buyers. We are very visible in Google and Bing search in both paid and organic listings and complement our search exposure with targeted display, e-mail and social media marketing.
