Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Watts.
Michael, before we jump into specific questions about the company, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It all started with a thought back in 2015 while I was sitting in my patrol vehicle while working as a Police Officer with the Clayton County Police Department. I told myself that it was more to life than answering 911 calls. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed being a Police Officer and the challenges that came with it but I knew God had a bigger plan for me. I knew retiring after 20+ years and banking on a pension wasn’t an option for me! I needed my 9-5 to have the capital coming in to start and maintain my business but the biggest challenge would be time. In a nutshell, I ended up starting my business prematurely and stopped putting in the “work.” My business just sat dominantly for four years with no progression. Let’s fast forward to Feb 2019! My life changed drastically after the Police Department and I parted ways after five years. Two months after the separation, I regained my focus and got back on my grind! Watts Bio-Care Cleaning Services LLC resurfaced and the rest is history!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has been very challenging and hasn’t always been smooth. I had to trust the process and be patient! I was expecting to blow up and scale overnight but of course, that was a fantasy! I would say patience and going out finding business was the biggest challenge.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of my career so far has been my ability to go into different offices to meet with new clients and seal the deal with new commercial contracts.
