Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Fains.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Michelle. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started my catering business back in 2016. I started out selling honey Hennessy wings and it was a hit! Fast forward. I got into some trouble to where I had to step down from the position I was in at work, financially it got tight, especially having three children! I was down for a while like deep depression, til one day, a close friend reached out and said, man Chell you can cook your ass off! Start selling plates and eventually get you a food truck. I started selling to my followers on all of my social media platforms. Word of mouth got around from other ppls reviews and now I cater and deliver 3-4 Days a week. This is just the beginning. I plan on getting a food truck next year serving Clayton county and surrounding cities. Cooking is definitely a passion of mine. It’s like when I’m in the kitchen, I can get creative and get in my own zone while putting a smile on my ppls face. I want to show my children that no matter what life throws at you you can still be successful. No matter how many doors life may close.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s definitely not easy having a business and caring for three children.

I specialize in chicken, seafood and vegan options. My unique seafood Alfredo pasta and my Hennessy wings are my most popular items.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, I’d believed in myself along time ago. But that’s about it. I believe everything happens for a reason so be specific on what you ask from the universe.
