Meet Nathan Bufford of Innovative Global Solutions Network

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nathan Bufford.

Hi Nathan, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
My journey began early, rooted in discovery and an instinct to build. In high school, I launched a T-shirt brand my first lesson in ownership, branding, and market demand. That foundation evolved into the music industry, where I became a certified Audio Engineer and led operations for independent record labels, mastering both creative direction and business infrastructure.

But I’ve always been wired to think bigger.

Shortly thereafter, I made what I call my defining leap stepping into commercial real estate to design and pitch my first world-class mixed-use development, Greentech Park. It was a pivotal shift from operating within businesses to architecting ecosystems that create economic impact at scale.

In 2016, I sharpened that vision by founding Buildabiz.Today a one stop shop engineered to streamline business formation, credit development, and strategic growth strategy for emerging founders. The mission was clear: access to structure, strategy, and capital readiness.

With more than a decade of operational leadership including senior management experience with Domino’s Pizza. I’ve built my career around systems thinking, performance optimization, and scalable execution. I simultaneously launched in 2016 Innovative Global Solutions Network (IGSN), specializing in Triple Net (NNN) Real Estate. After successfully licensing the intellectual property of Buildabiz.Today, I strategically reinvested those funds into IGSN’s infrastructure and property portfolio. Today, I am proud to lead an organization built on strong relationships and proven returns, and I am deeply grateful for the path that led me here. Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey was anything but linear. I’ve faced everything from capital shortages and acquisition roadblocks just for the color of my skin to the personal devastation of identity theft, which left me fighting for my innocence. While those obstacles were significant, I refused to let them derail my vision. Through prayer, a steadfast positive mindset, and disciplined execution, I proved that your past doesn’t define your trajectory your next move does. I’m living proof that if you lead with clear intent and take it step-by-step, you can rebuild even stronger than before.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Innovative Global Solutions Network?
At Innovative Global Solutions Network, we’ve built a powerhouse specializing in Triple Net Lease assets from QSR, retail, and Industrial to mission-critical. What truly defines us is our closed-loop ecosystem; by working directly with elite brokers and our internal underwriting team, we control the entire lifecycle of an asset, whether we are acquiring, developing, holding, or exiting.

​Our reach is expanding rapidly. Through a strategic partnership with Knewhomes, Inc a trusted partner lead by CEO Lee Doyle. We are making significant moves into Capital Markets. Our focus now includes Multi-family, Single-Family Master Plan Developments, and Hospitality.

​This powerhouse collaboration was seamlessly bridged by Randy G., Co-founder of Knewhomes and a trusted advisor of mine for over 12 years. Having that kind of long-term history and trust as the foundation of this expansion is what makes it so formidable!

​I’m incredibly proud of the team that stood by me when the vision was just a blueprint. Today, that vision is a reality. To the next generation: faith, prayer, and the quality of your relationships are your greatest assets. Life will force you to pivot, but if you stay grounded and keep your circle tight, the ‘win’ is inevitable. We’re moving fast, and we’re always looking for the next great deal.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
While many point to luck, I credit a higher alignment. I believe I was placed exactly where I needed to be by the Most High, but the real transformation happened because I chose to act even when the next step was shrouded in uncertainty. True ‘luck’ is simply the spark that ignites when you take that first courageous step and refuse to let go of the reins.
