Today we’d like to introduce you to Nedra Mckinley.
Nedra, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I got started in real estate from my love of helping people repair credit. I was so happy with watching my clients become home owners that I wanted to be there for the full journey with them from beginning to end. After getting my real estate license I had so many clients that were clients from my credit repair business that my real estate business immediately took off. I was known and still known as the girl who help you get into a home. I became a huge success so fast because I was passionate about educating people, I was passionate about helping people achieve their goals and dreams, I was passionate about real estate and setting people up for generational wealth.
I pray to God every day that he allows me to be a blessing to people and when people think about real estate let them think of me and God is consistently answering my prayers. I decided to start a real estate team to help mentor agents and to help them become as successful as me and in hopes of one day me having my own brokerage. Well today I have a team of six successful agents and I just passed my broker’s license test and my next step will be to open my own brokerage soon. God is so Good.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road has not been smooth. It’s been a long road of hard work, consistency, dedication, sacrifices, losses, late nights, and praying. With new levels I reach I learn that I have to be prepared for them so what happens to me the year before prepares me for the blessing ahead. A lot of people say I make it looks so easy but it’s not easy and I don’t expect it to be. I just focus on “NEDRA” I’m my only competition. I don’t see no one but me. I want to know how to make Nedra better, what does it take for Nedra to reach new levels and as long as I continue to do that. I will be able to tackle any obstacle that comes my way.

I am a Realtor and Associate Broker of Keller Williams Greater Athens but I am also the Team lead of Nedra Sells & Associates. I sell real estate and I love it! I also mentor real estate agents. I specialize in buying, selling, and investing. I am a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, I am a Sellers Representative Specialist, and I am a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist-Divorce. I am known for educating people on the importance of credit and home ownership. I am proud of achieving so much in so little of time. I am proud of helping so many people who thought that home ownership was not possible. I am proud of helping new and old agents see their potential and get to new levels in their business. I like the diversity. I hate the traffic.
