Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick D’Andria.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Nick. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started out photography as a way for me to capture moments in my day to day life.
Whether it be friends or family, or just something that I saw appealing. Over time I really started to develop a keen eye for things. I would look at my life a lot differently, and with a fresh perspective, I was able to push my skills to the next level. I never liked to limit myself to just one style, I tend to switch it up often.
As of late, I’ve been heavily focused on working with brands and people, giving me the ability to tell their stories with more than just words.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Nothing worth having comes easy, especially when it involves chasing something you really love. The biggest fight to face is within yourself. I have held myself back from progressing countless times, mainly because I was too stubborn to fail.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
I wouldn’t really consider myself a business or company. I’m just a guy with a camera who loves to tell stories. Photography is such a key component because we are able to convey messages in many different forms. I feel as if a lot of things get overlooked and under-appreciated, so I just want to stop time and make sure that moment gets enjoyed.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Luck? Haha. I’ve got none of that. It’s more so a case of “Right time, right place” that has led me to a better experience on this journey.
