Niki , thank you so much for joining us today. We’d love for you to bring our readers up to speed – can you introduce yourself and share your story?
Future Successors started when I was working in Corporate America and I didn’t see many people of color in decision making positions (senior leadership) and I wanted to change that narrative.
Let’s talk about your work and career – what else should we know?
I love to hear the feedback of our youth thinking outside of the box about careers that are not limited to a 1% chance of being fulfilled. If they like basketball, be the next owner, the next shoe designer and build the next stadium. Do more than play in the NBA game!

Self care is to relaxes your mind. Playing golf and getting massages does that for me. When you think clearly, you will operate in life better.
