Meet Nikita Garland of Coldwell Banker in Roswell

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nikita Garland.

Nikita, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I got my Real Estate license August 2006 I attended Metro Brokers Real Estate School. I went on to making the Medallion Club in 2007. I always had a passion for Real Estate I bought my first home at the age of 23. February 2018, I got my Broker license and started my own LLC Upscale Living Realty LLC. I am an Associate Broker with Solid Source Realty Inc under my LLC. I am also a premier agent with Zillow. I have worked for over ten years in various areas of real estate. I have been certified in Premier Service. I am a member of The National Association of Realtors, the Cobb Board of Realtors in Atlanta, and the National Association of Professional Women in 2011.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
When the market crashed, it was very hard. I had to get a second job because I had two kids to feed once the market picked back up I went back to being a full-time agent.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Coldwell Banker – what should we know?
Upscale Living is based on Luxury homes and Condos that range in the high 300’s and up. The areas I work in Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Milton, Johns Creek, and Cummings.

My success has been built on referrals from satisfied clients, and I understand the importance of quality customer service. As a real estate professional, I assist Buyers and Sellers to achieve their real estate goals. However, my preference is working with Buyers. At the end of a transaction, I get satisfaction from the enthusiasm I see on my client’s faces.

Integrity, empathy, and most of all being knowledgeable.
