Today we’d like to introduce you to Nina Burkdoll.
Hi Nina, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. While growing up, I had the opportunity to travel to many counties such as Malaysia, Jordan, Israel, Singapore, and Australia. At 20 years old, I moved to the United States alone and with limited resources. Once in the United States, I lived and worked in Georgia, North Carolina, and California. During my time in California, I helped a family member remodel and sell a home for a substantial profit. It was only then that I began to realize the wealth-building power of owning real estate. Not long after this, my husband and I decided to move back to Northeast Georgia, the place that we now call home. I am an investor, landlord, and a realtor. I am so blessed not only to have the opportunity to help people buy and sell real estate but to show others how to build wealth and stability for their families.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not always been a smooth road. Some struggles have been moving to the United States alone with limited resources. I had to build a life and a business from scratch, having little to no support from family, having people in my life saying that I would fail and never be successful and dealing with my own anxiety and self-doubt.

I love Real Estate. I am both a Realtor and an investor. I dedicate a high level of initiative and drive to every professional or personal endeavor. I have a strong background in conducting long-distance transactions, specializing in serving clients from a diversity of cultures utilizing her bilingual fluency in English/Thai. With my combined interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence, I am dedicated to helping my clients sell their homes, buy their dream homes, or locate their ideal investment property.
