Meet Nour Rabai of Pita Mediterranean Street food

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nour Rabai.

Nour, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Pita started in 2011 in Peachtree city Ga. started from a small 1200 sq. ft. location to our current situation with over 8 stores and franchising all over the metropolitan area.

Passion, dedication, vision and love for our concept mixed with quality and a consistent product catapulted us to such success.

Pita Mediterranean Street is evolving as a brand as well as the leader for fresh Mediterranean food in the metro Atlanta area. Our franchising plan for the 2017 calendar year will more than likely out us in the 12-15 brick and mortar store.

We are so excited about the franchising prospects that believe in our concept and want to help grow this company to a national brand.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Oh no not at all, business is never easy! As a small business you struggle with not just employment but with marketing, funding, operations etc.

My knowledge an s an entrepreneur paved the road to our success.

Pita Mediterranean street food – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We are a fast casual Mediterranean street food restaurant. We specialize in food from the Mediterranean region, such as gyro, hummus, falafel, kabobs, baklava and pita.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success is earned! Success is hard work and dedication, countless hours of blood sweat and tears. The sleepless nights and the finical struggles. My ability to fight and solve every problem that came my way was the reason for my success. The ability to make a calculated decision for my business is one the most important criteria to achieve success.

I don’t know if this is even enough to define success because it’s so much deeper.
