Meet Massoud Alibakhsh of Nuesoft Technologies in Marietta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Massoud Alibakhsh.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Massoud. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Throughout my career, I’ve held positions as president, lead designer, lead architect, and development manager. I was a software consultant for organizations like Microsoft, Atlanta Committee for Olympic Games (ACOG), Wells Fargo Bank, and IBM. Before Nuesoft, I started Interactive Communications System; another successful company that built applications for remote computing.

My focus was on the impact technology had on people’s lives, and it led to founding Nuesoft in 1993 at Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology and Development Center (ATDC). My “good-to-great” management philosophy is based on a belief in people, and the empowerment of both employees and clients.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
We’ve been in the business for over twenty years. As an ally for practices getting the money they deserve, we’ve learned how to stay ahead of the curve.

For many doctors, the most anxiety-inducing part of their job is managing their insurance payments.

Insurance companies have an incentive to reduce or deny payments on claims, because it supports their business. They rely on complexity to justify non-payment. As billing gets more confusing, doctors see less and less revenue coming in. One of our biggest challenges is simplifying this growing complexity.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Nuesoft Technologies – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Our company is driven by one principle: simplicity.

Few things are as complex as the rules and regulations governing healthcare reimbursements. Properly managing this complexity can determine whether a doctor gets paid for their services or not.

From medical billing to electronic health records, our products simplify a physician’s workflow by absorbing complication through automation.

Practices no longer waste time and money upgrading their practice management software, because our system is specifically designed to automatically update billing practices, coding standards, and credentialing requirements. Over 24,000 users produce clean, accurate, and compliant documentation using our software.

Unlike many of our competitors, we’re 100% cloud-based. This means our users don’t need to rely on larger server-based systems, or in-house IT teams.

We offer flexibility across platforms, secure and compliant data management, and responsive technical support, all at an affordable price.

We strive to have a positive impact on healthcare in America by offering cloud-based, practice management applications to smaller medical practices.

Our software is designed to give these practices more control over their fiscal health, so they can spend more time caring for their patients.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Mobile apps are the future of healthcare technology, and we’re excited to be on the forefront of this trend. As doctors depend on handheld devices more and more, they need access to patient data and records quickly and securely.

Our mobiles apps let users view schedules & patient charts, update billing, and record diagnoses at the point of care. Designed for physicians on-the-go, whether it’s working multiple locations or making hospital rounds, our mobile app is just another example of our dedication to simplicity.
