Today we’d like to introduce you to Paige Merritt.
Hi Paige, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Paige is the youngest of four sisters, all of whom are actors. Growing up surrounded by creativity and performance, being in front of the camera felt natural to her. When she was just two or three years old, Paige confidently told her family that she wanted to be on TV.
At three years old, she booked her first commercial, a Whirlpool commercial, which confirmed her love for acting. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Paige and her family moved to Atlanta when she was four years old, and that move became a major turning point in her journey. With increased opportunities and consistent training, her career began to take off.
In addition to acting, Paige is also an author, rapper, and young entrepreneur. She has her own natural hair care line called Poppin’ Paige, created to celebrate confidence and natural hair. Through her work on screen, in music, and in business, Paige loves inspiring other kids to believe in themselves and chase their dreams.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Overall, Paige’s journey has been relatively smooth, and we’re very grateful for that. Because her sisters were already actors, Paige was signed with an agent early on, which helped her get started quickly. When our family moved from Detroit to Atlanta, there was a brief adjustment period, and it took about three months to secure new representation.
Beyond that transition, things have flowed naturally. Paige has been fortunate to work consistently and grow in an environment that supports her creativity and confidence. While every career comes with learning curves, her path so far has been positive, steady, and filled with opportunity.

Paige is a multi-creative artist who works across acting, music, writing, and entrepreneurship. As an actress, she brings confidence, personality, and authenticity to every role. She is also a rapper and author who uses her voice to create fun, positive, and empowering content for kids.
In addition to performing, Paige is the founder of her own natural hair care line, Poppin’ Paige, created to celebrate natural hair and self-confidence. Through this brand, she combines creativity with purpose by encouraging other children to love who they are.
Paige is known for her strong on-camera presence, professionalism at a young age, and ability to balance multiple creative outlets while still being a kid. What she is most proud of is being able to inspire other children to dream big and believe in themselves.

What makes you happy?
Being with her family is what makes Paige happiest. She especially loves being able to work alongside her sisters, who inspire and support her every day. Creating, performing, and sharing experiences together makes her feel confident, encouraged, and excited to keep doing what she loves.
