Today we’d like to introduce you to Paul Robinson.

Paul, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started Viral Booth of Atlanta with my son Justin who was 21 at the time and thought it would be a great small business for him to learn from. We soon realized that this business had a lot of potential for growth due to the widespread popularity of Photo Booths for special events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16, corporate events and trade shows, and especially weddings. Our main focus was to offer a great customer experience for all our events. Over the years, we added new photo booths and additional staffing as the demand increased, and currently we have over 10 booths and employ over 15 contractors. In 2016, we completed over 450 events with a 99.9 satisfaction rate based on our post-event surveys we conduct. Also in 2016, we introduced our most popular Booth – the Magic Mirror Photo Booth that has a photo booth built into a 5 foot mirror.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Overall things have run pretty smooth with our biggest challenge being finding the right photo booth attendants who can be professional, be on time, and love what they are doing.

Viral Booth of Atlanta offers a variety of photo booths for rent for special occasions such as Weddings, Sweet 16 parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate Events and Trade Shows to name a few. We specialize in creating great experiences for our customers and their guests – our motto “Where Laughter Happens!” I am most proud of the 100’s of venues, wedding planners, and customers who recommend us and use us over and over again. This means the world to us knowing we accomplished our goal by exceeding their expectations and giving them 1 less thing to worry about. What sets us apart is our reviews, our amazing attendants, and the variety of our booths and the value we offer for our services.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Professionalism…we take it very serious when we are invited to be part of someone’s special day. The last thing we want to do is create any additional stress for them and want to give them and their guests am amazing experience that exceeds everyone’s expectation.
