Today we’d like to introduce you to Lena Allure.
Lena, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Pharaohs Crown Talent Agency LLC. was developed in 2010. I finished college with a college degree in Criminal Justice at 17 years old and I was blessed with a building to start my very first company/business. Being very young I wasn’t focused on the business aspects of mentoring, and development of my company, I deicide to put my business on hold and continue my education in cosmetology. Between 2014-2015, I started to teach myself how to produce, market, develop, mix/master and edit photographs that I capture with my camera. I decide to go forward with my agency when I came across a lot of aspiring models who was misled and scam through their modeling careers either by an agency or a photographer. I wanted to make an example for young woman and young men to respect, value and understand that they don’t have to lower their standards or do things that they don’t want to do to get to where they would like to be. Pharaohs Crown Talent Agency is all about representing kings and queens all shapes and colors.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
For Pharaohs Crown Talent Agency it has not been a smooth road, I encountered complications that involved removing flippant models and searching for serious models. When I first started Pharaohs Crown Talent Agency I had inconsistent assistants that end up being dismissed from the company within the first years. At the time of dismissal of assistants, I had to do a lot of research on my own as far as business including taking classes and working as the secretary, photographer, makeup artist, and driver.

Pharaohs Crown Talent Agency promotes aspiring and professional models/artist. We offer Talent classes such as artist development, model management, make up and skin care 101 classes, acting classes, and marketing packages such as promotion deals and portfolio building. Pharaohs Crown Talent Agency is known for developing talent and casting talent to major sub agencies: magazine placements, fashion shows, music videos, acting roles in the latest movies and more. As a company, I am most proud of inspiring others to become the greatest to their abilities. My company is very unique because I am a photographer, videographer, Talent manager, makeup artist, hair stylist, and I have many other talents where I can assist many different trades.
What were you like growing up?
My personality as growing up was healthy, happy and dancing, diva attitude, smart, determined and always had a care for others. As a child, I admired myself a lot and wanted to be the best model and be in a magazine displaying my beautiful image.
