Hi Pimthip (Gib), so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Pimthip, and I’m originally from Thailand. My background might surprise some people—my career started in the hospitality industry, working over 10 years in Sales & Marketing for several high-end, 5-star hotels.
I spent every day focused on client satisfaction, building relationships, and operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where attention to detail and delivering value were non-negotiable.
But like many of the business owners listening, I reached a point where I wanted to build something of my own—something that allowed me to have more control, more flexibility, and create real value for others.
When I moved to New Mexico after marrying my husband, who works in the film industry,
I began juggling two things: supporting film crews on set (Craft Service), and learning how to run an online business. Like many of you, I started small—testing e-commerce stores, managing websites, learning digital marketing—but it didn’t take long before I hit the same wall many entrepreneurs face.
The digital world is full of overpromises!
I struggled to find reliable, skilled professionals who would actually follow through. Developers who disappeared mid-project, marketers who sold services without results, agencies that treated me like just another number. I wasted time, money, and energy—trying to piece together a team to grow my business but constantly getting let down. And honestly, that’s the frustration a lot of our clients come to us with today. They’ve been burned before. They’ve worked with freelancers or agencies who failed to deliver, leaving them with broken websites, incomplete branding, or ad campaigns that go nowhere.
That’s exactly why Thinktive IT Solution was born.
In 2018, when we moved to Georgia, I was still looking for real support. That’s when I stumbled upon Shobi’s website, while researching web agencies. I submitted a simple inquiry, and what stood out wasn’t just how quickly he responded—but how invested he was in actually fixing my business problems.
He didn’t just patch up previous mistakes—he streamlined everything. Suddenly, my business wasn’t chaotic anymore. That one positive experience sparked something bigger, and in 2023, we co-founded Thinktive IT Solution.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
One of the biggest struggles we face is competing in an oversaturated market. There are thousands of website agencies out there, and with the rise of AI tools, the market has become flooded with low-cost, fast-turnaround options. Clients are being offered website designs for as little as $100, which has significantly lowered the perceived value of quality development.
We don’t try to compete on price. Instead, we focus on delivering real value—custom solutions, attention to detail, and long-term relationships. We take pride in understanding each client’s business goals and building websites that not only look good but actually perform. It’s not always easy convincing clients why quality matters in a race-to-the-bottom market, but that’s where our commitment to results and trust-building sets us apart.
