Thanks for sharing your story with us PYT. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I recently went through a life-changing event regarding my son, and I was in need of an outlet to express my frustrations and hurt. It was my son that suggested that I do a rap song, and so one day, I went to the studio with a family member and recorded ‘PYT Freestyle,’ and the response I received on social media shocked me. I decided I should try to drop a small project to tell my story.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road, but we strive on. Besides dealing with the aftermath of the situation with my son, breaking out as an independent artist comes with its own set of obstacles; money for production and recording is one thing, and making the right connections in the industry is another. Everything takes a bit longer when funding is limited, and you take the craft seriously.

Money Train Music Group is my company, and I hope to sign other artists that want to tell their truth and make overall hold music that people can vibe with.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I would have to say my Self Respect because a lot of people lose themselves self and I stand on morals. I value my reputation
