Hi Quawn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The story of Gentle Giant Care began after nearly being taken off this planet due to the lacks of severe Covid. Prior to that I always knew as a child that I wanted to work in medicine to help people. It’s always been in me to find a way to make someone better whether it be medically, mentally, or emotionally.
One thing that Covid made me come to realize is that I had been working for other people, doing what they wanted instead of what I wanted. There was more that I could offer people. I didn’t feel as though I was fulfilled. I was told to focus on certain treatments when there was more that I wanted to offer and had the knowledge and training to do so.
Four years ago Gentle Giant Care was born. I decided to take a leap of faith, step out on my own and start my own practice. In this practice I specialize in health, wellness, and aesthetics; ranging from hormone and peptide therapy, weight loss, nutrition coaching, hair transplant, stem cell therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care and much more. The vision behind this practice was to have a space where patients can be themselves, take time to take care of themselves both internally and externally. Many of us live busy lifestyles and don’t have the time to take care of ourselves in part due to not having or making time. Gentle Giant Care is a one stop shop so that people can do more of that for themselves all the while feeling like they are listened to and their health is taken seriously.
Because of this, Gentle Giant Care has grown faster than ever expected. For that I am grateful and never expected such. It was never about growth or the money, but being able to save and change lives one day at a time, what life at a time. For that, I am truly grateful. For me its not a job or a career, tis what I’ve been chosen to do. Each day is a new day to do just that.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest struggle is finding other care providers with the same type of charisma and care for patients like I have. One thing I wasn’t that well educated on is how to run a business and what all comes with that. Since starting I have definitely learn many lessons which have shaped me into the success I have today.

Success is being better than who you were yesterday, growing mentally and personally each day while overcoming fears to continue to grow and achieve goals set out for yourself whether its learning new skills, gaining new knowledge while also making a lasting impact.
