Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It’s been challenging from feelings of loneliness to feeling unqualified to do the things God has called me to do. But I have learned that so much of this is a part of the journey to greatness. So, I trust God and I do what He tells me to do. And I know He is already there waiting for me.

The partner show is the Living Like A B.O.S.S. Men’s Show. The vision of the Living Like A B.O.S.S. Organization is to be a worldwide network of men who partner to assist all men in the areas of Business, Occupation, Service, and Significance. It is our goal that through multiple outlets for involvement that we assist individual men in becoming better men and being accountable for the men and communities they are connected to. To take the mission worldwide, the Living Like A B.O.S.S. Men’s Show was created. To maximize impact in a short time, we believe each show must successfully incorporate these seven components:
• Vision – Share the vision of the organization
• Resources – Provide websites, books & other literature that relate to event topics
• Education – Give information, facts & statistics
• Mission – Offer ways that men can get involved in service
• HOPE – Present ideas, thoughts, suggestions, and solutions for specific issues
• Affirmations – Share a word of encouragement specifically created for men
• EDUtainment – Provide a mix of entertainment & education via music, spoken word, skits, etc.
Every show on this network is a partner in the overall mission to be a blessing to our audience and to be a catalyst for positive change. To get more information on RSGN, the founder Regina Sunshine and all ongoing projects, go to ReginaSunshine.com. Be blessed. Keep Winning!

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My sister and business partner – Pamelia Stanley.
She handles the business side of things and handles the burden of the details so I can just go love on the people.

My son – Gabriel Robinson.
He works hard behind the scenes on physical projects as well as being a great source for creative ideas.

My mother – Geraldine Gore.
My mother laid the foundation for greatness for always telling me I was beautiful and smart and I could do anything I set my mind to. From the beginning, she told me that God had a great plan for my life.

My late grandmother – Elizabeth Allen Alford.
She was love personified. Her love and service to God and His people is unmatched and I hope to make her proud,

My Coach – Lynita Mitchell-Blackwell.
Lynita showed up in my life and everything changed. From challenging me to be greater to showing me how to monetize my efforts, she was the game changer.

My Pastors – Drs. Bryant & LySandra Bell.
My Pastors set an atmosphere for excellence, service, and obedience to God’s Word that created a space where you had to grow. Their example of how to live by faith and trusting God was just what I needed to elevate.

My RSGN Team.
They caught the vision for RSGN and ran with it. Daily, they show me their commitment to our mission and to each other. We have created a family that really loves each other and supports each other. It’s not just about RSGN, these vision carriers understand that it’s about all of our dreams.
