Today we’d like to introduce you to All The Rest.
All The Rest, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
We grew up together and have always been really close friends. We’ve also always had similar interests in music. Therefore, we naturally started playing music together for fun in the basement of our parent’s house. From there, we started writing a song and getting gigs, and haven’t stopped ever since.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
With four strongly opinionated guys, working at the same goal, it can sometimes be a bit challenging to get along and keep things going smoothly. We’re constantly learning how to deal with different situations and make decisions together. All in all, it’s been a great ride.
Alright – so let’s talk about your group. Tell us about All The Rest – what should we know?
The point of our band is to positively impact/influence our generation through music. We’re not even close to where we ultimately want to be, but we’ve got high hopes and big goals.
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
First of all, our manager, Kyle, has been a huge part of our journey to where are now. Also, our producer, Ben Zelico, deserves an immense amount of credit as well, helping us find our more recent sound. We’ve had a handful of mentors help fuel this project since day 1… especially our parents and close friends.
