Meet Reverend Charlene Hicks

Today we’d like to introduce you to Reverend Charlene Hicks.

Reverend Charlene Hicks grew up in Atlanta and lived the first twenty-one years of her life just two blocks away from Lenox Square. She attended North Fulton High School and continued on to Georgia State. Her training for her profession began in 1971 when she her mother taught how to read an Ephemeris. In 1978 she found a professional Astrologer for private tutoring. In 1979 she began working the “Psychic Fairs” the first Saturday of the month at The Foundation of Truth and continued until 1986. She became the youngest Astrologer in the State to be certified by the City of Atlanta in 1980. In 1983, she gave the Astrological Updates on a weekly Cable Show in Atlanta called: “Pathways”. She was also certified as a Master Hypnotist in 1983. She was appointed Chairperson for the Board of Astrological Examiners in 1985 to give the Exam at City Hall. In 1986 she became the first Astrologer and Psychic Medium to be asked to join Zonta International a world service organization for women in sixty-three countries founded in 1919. In 1987, she continued training in mediumship and later received her four certifications from Camp Chesterfield in Indiana from 1987-1997 and was Ordained as a Spiritualist Minister. She also trained for mediumship at The Arthur Finlay College in Stanstead, England during that time as well. In 1994 she founded the Atlanta Spiritualist Association and had weekly church services until 2002. From the late 80’s, Reverend Hicks traveled extensively serving various metaphysical churches, centers and various organizations presenting Astrological and Mediumship presentations. In 1988-1989 she was a columnist for The Gainesville Gazette weekly newspaper and hosted her own two-hour weekly radio show on WDUN Am radio in Gainesville, Georgia with Candace Petersen called “Psychic Sez”. For the past thirty years she has appeared in 168 articles in magazine and newspapers as well as 300 radio stations throughout the U.S. and Canada giving live readings on air.

Many times thirty years ago I was the only one in a meeting who was a professional Astrologer and Psychic Medium standing up to promote my business. They all looked at me and asked why are you here? I answered: I am a professional Astrologer and have worked for billionaires and helped find missing and murdered individuals and I can tell you the names of future clients.

As a professional Astrologer, Psychic Medium, Healer and Hypnotist I have appeared on radio stations, television, newspapers and magazine for more than thirty-two years. I predicted the conception of Southern Flair Magazine in 1988 and became a columnist for the magazine for ten years… I predicted in the June 1989 in my column for The Georgia Business Forum Newspaper the Olympics to be in Atlanta in 1996. I attended the first Psychic Fair in Sydney, Novia Scotia in September of 1990 which launched my Canadian career. In 1992 I was interviewed live on Breakfast Television in Halifax, Nova Scotia on October 1, 1992 and I was asked would the Braves win the western division? I replied yes and did the Tomahawk chop. We won the next day. Over the radio live with Barry MacKinnon of CBCJ Am Radio in 1993 I described who was shot but still alive in a drive by shooting and what had happened and when it would be solved. Within two hours of the interview it was confirmed by Barry MacKinnon that what I said was true.

My specialty is forecasting for business and individuals accurately describing future events and people who have crossed over. I bring comfort, clarity and knowledge to those who seek to understand their true potential.
