Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
No business is a smooth road. When disrupting an entire industry you take your hits.
But as long as you keep what is in the best interest of your clients as your guiding star you will navigate rough competitive waters and enjoy the calmer seas when you become the leader of that industry you broke through.

Our flat fee business model of selling homes has been replicated across the country and recently we gave ownership in our company to our loyal employees and top agents as a reward. We are recognized as being pioneers in the national real estate space.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Very little. Possibly hiring more people sooner to leverage the business in the early days.

- $500 flat fee listing plus 3/4 of 1% when the home sells
