Today we’d like to introduce you to Richard Glenn.
Richard, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Mike and I (Richard) wanted to continuously tell our story and help others tell theirs through music.
We decided the best way to do this was to start our own music journey together. Consequently in September 2012 C.O.5 Muzic Group was born.
Both in our twenties at the time, having experience in playing instruments and piano plus having done some producing before, spent what we had on what we initially needed and started making beats.
We made tons of beat CDs, hit the streets ourselves, gave and sold CDs and played our CDs everywhere we went.
Our biggest mission in starting C.O.5 Muzic Group was to make people passionate about music as we are. M.I.N.E is our acronym meaning MUSIC IS NEVER ENDING
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I wish it had been a smooth road, but if not I don’t think we would have had the appreciation and love we have for it now.
Some of the struggles we faced are not getting responses to demos we send. Being reviewed but not published is another struggle as well. Low funds was a struggle for us as well, having to manage cost wisely.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment of our career so far has been being able to help and give back to the place where it all started.
