So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
After moving to Atlanta from Cleveland Ohio, where I was a builder/developer for 18 years, I was ready to launch something new. I started NorthPoint Executive Suites in 2008 in Alpharetta. We have since opened two other locations in Midtown & Duluth.
We are a small family run business, with a very hands-on approach and high focus on service, and building community with our clients and tenants.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Opening in 2008, the beginning of the great recession made it very challenging as office vacancy rates skyrocketing, and smaller start up’s resorting to a home office.
