Today, we’d like to introduce you to Rosalynn Daniels.

With a background in entertainment, food, and event planning, it was only natural for Rosalynn to combine those talents in order to create an outlet for her true loves–being in front of the camera and day entertainment. She was asked so frequently by friends and even complete strangers for pointers on how to make life events more grand and sophisticated that she decided to share her knowledge with the world, through her website, which includes video and written tutorials. Rosalynn put in a lot of time learning how to make things on her own, in order to get exactly what she wanted. Through an assortment of trial and error, she kept notes along the way to help her not make those same mistakes again. Now, she wants to share them with women around the world, who face the same tasks in life as her: entertaining guests, creating mouthwatering dishes and amazing atmospheres, all while embracing and enjoying marriage and motherhood. Now, women won’t have to go through the process of figuring out through trial and error like Rosalynn, because she has already done it for them.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like all startups, there is a ton of learning to do. This is not the first business in my portfolio, so I was able to recall a number of lessons from past experiences; however, technology has grown throughout the years and there are now more forms of watching video than ever before, so Rosalynn and her team at RosalynnDaniels.com work diligently to stay current in all things technology and social.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
When I was in grade school, my Dad woke me up super early. He asked if I wanted to go to school, or if I wanted to go with him. Of course, I chose to go with my Dad. He surprised me with a trip to Washington D.C. and took me to see the White House and all of the famous museums, memorials, and monuments. For me, it was an experience of a lifetime, one that I’ll never forget!
