After working in the automotive reconditioning business for 10 years, Roy Taylor and Troy Loupe embarked in 2000 on the mission of opening their own paintless dent removal business in the Atlanta area which beget Atlanta Dent Company Inc. The goal was to provide high-quality repairs and unmatched customer service for Paintless dent removal to the Atlanta automobile market. What started as a two-man show operating out of the basement of their homes, has grown to 3 companies that can service all of your vehicles cosmetic needs in multiple cities.

In March 2008, Troy and Roy acquired the local franchise for Interior Magic International Inc., a complete automotive interior reconditioning company specializing in repairing any issues with the interior of your vehicle such as leather repairs, stain removal, and deodorization. They also can recondition headlights and repair damaged alloy wheels. This division is like “Plastic Surgery for Your Car!”

Atlanta Auto Color Inc., was formed in July 2009 to provide our customers exterior automotive reconditioning. Their automotive painting services provide an affordable alternative to conventional body shops for minor collision repair and paint services. This addition completed the goal to be a one-stop shop for all automotive cosmetic reconditioning needs.

The principles of providing quality repairs with exceptional customer service and a 100% satisfaction guarantee grew their business and their excellent reputation in the automobile repair community. Their workmanship is their business card.

Under Roy and Troy’s leadership, the company has grown to more than 100 employees including mobile technicians, a management staff, and an office team. Currently, the company services more than 600 accounts and are the preferred provider to Atlanta’s new and used car dealerships, collision repair centers, insurance companies, and automotive rental car companies.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Our main challenge is let our customers know that we provide an economic alternative to traditional automotive repair We also work with insurance companies and provide repairs at an affordable price in a timely manner. We work hard to get our message across on social media, where we showcase a visual before and after explanation of all the types of services we can offer at our facility or with our mobile technicians.
