Today we’d like to introduce you to Ryan Faircloth.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Ryan. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I woke up one morning with an understanding in my heart that I really do not like the work I am currently in, and sometimes I don’t even want to get out of bed. I keep asking myself and praying about what I should be doing in life and low and behold the word Junk comes to mind. I get up with an excitement and tell my wife that I am going to stop building furniture and I am going to start hauling junk. The reaction from her was a surprise looking, “whatever”. I started off with a borrowed trailer, built up to purchase a box truck, and now we have two trucks, and twelve dumpsters for our dumpster rental side of the business. Junk is my business.
Has it been a smooth road?
There have been a few aggravations in our growing process, mainly dealing with our first truck I purchased. I purchased the truck in October 2015 and it ran great. Temperatures started dropping in the colder months, so I would have to go out and crank it every 3 hours at night to keep the motor somewhat warm, due to the glow plugs were shot and really could not afford it at first to get the truck repaired. The first lesson is, diesel trucks are pricey to work on and to find a good diesel mechanic is somewhat of a challenge.

Junk Clean says it all in the name. We specialize in removing and hauling anything you consider to be junk, trash, and unwanted items. We do all the loading, hauling, recycling, and disposing for you. We also specialize in renting 10 and 20 cubic yard dumpsters for the DIY that wants to do the clean up themselves or take the time to go through a house, garage, or property.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
I recommend starting anywhere. We will actually be opening up in Atlanta in 2018 once we find the right location to park our trucks.
