Today we’d like to introduce you to Sabrina Lee.
Sabrina, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I started Herway Beauty as a picture on my vision board. After having children and wanted to promote Women’s self-care. Herway Beauty & Spa was created to provide a peaceful atmosphere for women to help promote self-care. Often times as women, we usually put ourselves on the back burner to attend to motherly/wifely duties. I wanted to create a place where we cater to the women that often cater to others and put herself last. In the past three years, we have been able to service over 500 clients in the Gwinnett area. I’ve provided jobs for over ten stylists in the past three years. We recently open the Self Care Spa section of our company hoping to bring awareness around taking care of our bodies and encouraging “me time”.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has been a very long but great journey. There are tough struggles in every business. I think the hardest part of my job is being a woman in business. Contractors and landlords can make it hard on female business owners.

Herway Beauty & Spa was created to provide a peaceful atmosphere for women to help promote self-care. I wanted to create a place where we cater to the women that often cater to others and put herself last. Every women that walk through our doors are treated like queens, we cater to their every need and ensure they walk out feeling beautiful.

My family keeps me grounded, I have the most amazing support team. My husband is my backbone. My two handsome sons that keep me motivated.
