Today we’d like to introduce you to Sahaa CBD Atlanta. Them and their team share their story with us below:
SAHAA CBD ATLANTA Sahaa CBD Atlanta is a family-owned business run by three of the five owners; Bridgit Khadijah and Rasheeda. Together they formulated a new lane for themselves into the Cannabis Industry in their hometown of Atlanta, Georgia.
While the Hemp Industry continues to sprout in this vibrant city, through product development, speaking engagements and community events, these three women with three contrasting career paths decided to take a different approach into this lucrative business by way of pooling their money together and opening a CBD Dispensary in Sahaa CBD Atlanta, an accomplishment not commonly exercised in their community.
Upon entry of this new Atlanta-based CBD Dispensary, you will be presented with an experience, an openness, what they call “A Home Rooted In Nature For The Hemp Curious,” which they have intentionally created to separate themselves from any other CBD retailer in the surrounding area.
From the methodically organized product placement to their spa-like ambience, they have figured out a way to create an environment that is not only educational but calming, comfortable and most importantly, uncomplicated, “A space that caters to the people, not the idea.” They have made the choice to keep their supplier list short, a decision rooted in their self-declared responsibility to deliver a product that matches their commitment to supply their customers with organically grown, high-quality hemp.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Like all businesses, small and corporate, Cover-19 created the largest obstacle for us yet. Having to after only being open for six months, transform the way we sell, communicate and teach the fundamentals of Cannabis was a journey. Being a family-owned and operated business in Cannabis did not afford us some of the same luxuries and assistance that most small businesses were granted. So our steps to sustainability and recovery had to be prudent.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Rasheeda Slade is an Actor and Writer. She has also maintained position as the Financial Advisor and Brand Strategist for Wisdom Fashion House, an Atlanta-based fashion brand that has garnered both radio and editorial esteem for their voice-driven messages and artistic runway exhibitions.
Khadijah Jones is the CEO and Founder of Amrii, a Holistic Lifestyle Brand that focuses on Holistic wellbeing and Home Essentials.
Bridgit Crider is an Atlanta-based 3x Emmy nominated and winning makeup artist and beauty trend expert. She has maintained her status in the beauty, entertainment and film industry for over 20 years.
What does success mean to you?
Success is an individual journey to be succeeded by any one person per their needs, desires, goals, and ambitions. I think we make the mistake thinking it the image of a person, the end result of someone’s unseen trials, or a definition found in a book. We all are made of up of different materials, creating a different course of action that will enviably produce a unique result, a success.
