Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Allen
Sean, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
In 2017, I resigned from my Product Specialist position with Neiman Marcus Group headquartered in Dallas, TX.
After having a conversation with my mentor regarding the next steps in my destiny, I decided it was time to take the leap of faith into entrepreneurship.
Previously, I held several leadership roles that often-included leading teams in many different business sectors. A leadership spirit has always been a major component within my DNA.
However, leadership doesn’t always lead to entrepreneurship.
I felt a strong calling to launch Sean Inspires after leaving Neiman Marcus Group. This calling led to my next steps to fulfill what I believe is my life’s purpose and not just daily work.
Sean Inspires LLC was like a puzzle being put together.
There was careful planning, analysis, meditation/prayer, planning and openness. The first piece of the puzzle was the development and launch of Sean Inspires podcast airing globally in 2017 via Apple Podcast.
The podcast kickstarted the culminating piece of Sean Inspires being formed which now includes Individual & Group Life Coaching services with a concentration in the area of Transformation, and Public Speaking.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It was not a smooth journey in the beginning. I would be a liar if I said it was. There was self-doubt, nervousness, bits of fear and many what IF’s (LOL) that lingered in my mind. I believe all of these are normal whenever you endeavor to embark upon uncharted territory.
In the past, I’ve worked alongside entrepreneurs developing and launching businesses and special events which was second nature in my wheelhouse of skills and knowledge. During these times there was no nervousness, fear, or self-doubt but positive virtue to get the work done.
One struggle I encountered was linked to personal disbelief that anyone would want to work with me as a coach.
Secondly, the internal struggle regarding the relevance of messages being aired on Sean Inspires podcast.
I questioned, “If my content was really inspiring, transformational and uplifting?”
“Did my voice sound appealing in a way that would draw and captivate the listening audience?”
Most of all, “Will I be successful with longevity and make money?”
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Sean Inspires LLC is Founded by Sean Allen in 2017- I’m a Transformation Life Coach, Public Speaker, Podcast Host & Author based in Atlanta, GA. My practice is rooted in integrity, authenticity and excellence. Sean Inspires Life Coaching division offers local and global individual/group virtual coaching sessions. Along with coaching sessions, additional services include speaking engagements and inspirational seminars.
Passion ignites my work as a Life Coach. I believe this is one of many personal traits that sets me apart from others.
I would like the readers to know that working with a Life Coach doesn’t always have to be a last resort on the path to wellness but certainly the right fit when selecting a coach.
I would like to further share with the readers, that Sean Inspires brand operates with a universal and all-inclusive savviness.
I’m known as an eclectic renaissance man that functions with a high capacity of foresight and keen discernment.
Recently, I’m proud of adding Author title to my name. My first book was launched in December 2023, which is entitled:
FLOW devotional- 30 Days of Transformation and Inspiration. I’m currently on tour and ending soon in August.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite childhood memory will always be the years I experienced living with my grandmother.
She was such a phenomenal woman that embodied class and wisdom. Last year she transitioned.
I will always remember her delicious cooking which took all day to prepare. I’m a foodie to this day because of her and not only that she spoiled me in the best was as the oldest grandson.
