Meet Sean Dickinson of Sean Dee Fitness in Sandy Springs and Buckhead

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sean Dickinson.

Sean, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My name is Sean Dee and I am a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer. I first got started in fitness when I joined the military. The military taught me the importance of being well rounded and part of that was being physically fit and having a healthy body inside and out. I began my journey and little by little I was getting results which motivated to keep going. I was able to travel the world and meet people who had similar goals and views points about fitness.

Now my goals is to help people achieve their fitness goals by educating them and providing the proper tools to get there. Helping others is my passion and I receive a great sense of accomplishment when I can help someone else meet their goals.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, the road was not smooth. There were many early mornings and late nights that I went through in order to position myself to succeed.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite childhood memory would have to be when I lived in New York and my Dad would take me to Central Park to ride my bike. I wasn’t too good at it first but I just remembered trying over and over again until I did get it.
