Shamaine, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
DroneMeUP, created by way of innate passion derivative of childhood dreams to become a pilot, is on track to becoming the obvious choice for aerial photography and video services. As an FAA Part 107 Certified led entity, we are driven to not only provide stellar services to our customers but to mentor and train aspiring pilots.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been many challenges within the industry, which include but not limited to constant refresher courses and updates to implemented laws. As a professional, there’s an unwavering responsibility to remain knowledgeable and compliant to maintain the integrity of our earned licensure. Curating and establishing fluid clientele is the challenge of most entities. DroneMeUP has experienced the same. However, our prices and services help ease the brunt of the obstacles.
DroneMeUp – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
DroneMeUP is an Aerial Photography and Videography entity servicing Real Estate, Film & Entertainment and Events. We are known for capturing clear, concise footage with competitive package pricing and timely delivery. DroneMeUP is proud to be an Insured, FAA Part 107 Certified company. We are also proud to hold all of our pilots to the same standard.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The proudest moment thus far is establishing the start of DroneMeUP and becoming FAA Part 107 Certified upon the first attempt.
