Meet Sharika Harley

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sharika Harley.

Hi Sharika, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My story started on a journey of being a cosmetologist and branching off to the gifts of the many hidden talents that I had inside of me. In 2010 I started in a hair salon alone allowing me to go out and educate myself more and be around like-minded individuals. Around 2014 I started branding Style Rich LLC, Now one of the top companies to ever break barriers and offer high-level business information. Branching off to a new area allowed me to open my doors to other cosmetologists and learning as we grow. Through the years, I’ve built Style Rich and have achieved many accomplishments. Those achievements have open up 3 other businesses producing passive Income. My journey has been a puzzle and I have been adding pieces as I continue on a healthy business journey.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Most of my journey have been smooth until I realized I couldn’t hustle forever. I learn ten years later that I would need to look for more opportunities to allow my money to work for me instead of me hustling so hard to work for money.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m a businesswoman that specializes in multiple passive income businesses such as Turo Host rental car business, CEO of Next Vision Events Venue and Master Stylist for Style Rich Brides. I believe what sets me apart is not only did I educate myself, I went back and educated my people about business structuring and business credit. I believe in myself and one of the most important things I believe is to lead by example.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My advice would be to not only want a sale but to learn the business, understand your product even if you’re the product know it inside out. This will allow you to market freely without knowing what to say and attract your target audience.
