Today we’d like to introduce you to Shira Harris.
Shira, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia along with eleven siblings, I discovered my passion in real estate while working in property management. At a young age, I was certain of two things that I loved people and that I wanted to be in a business geared around helping others. As a professional Real Estate expert, I believe that everyone deserves an opportunity to create generational wealth through homeownership.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Real Estate is definitely not for the faint-hearted and certainly not a smooth process. Amid the coronavirus, this is the biggest obstacle I’ve faced in my career, but I’m up for the challenge. Lol I’ve hit a few speed bumps and potholes along the way but I appreciative of the journey.

Assisting families with building generational wealth through homeownership is my specialty! As a professional Real Estate expert, I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe and comforting place they could call their own. Whether buying, renting or investing in a property, my services are individualized based on my client’s values, concerns and underlying needs. What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was the wild child out of 11 siblings! I was extremely shy but highly energetic, curious about life, and full of good spirits. I was a tomboy and a little daredevil as well! I enjoyed various sports like basketball, kickball, running, dancing, you name it. I was into it!
Although I grew up in poverty, I never allowed my circumstances to define me. I have always been the person to lighten up the room and make everyone laugh! Fast forward to now, I’m still that shy-tomboy looking for the next adventure. Real estate provides just that.
