Today we’d like to introduce you to Smoke Iceberg.
Hi Smoke, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Born in Detroit, Michigan and moved to chesterfield Michigan in. 2005. I’ve been all over the country for music and decided to settle in the Atlanta scene.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The music industry is not for the weak. Owning your own business and being your own boss is not for the weak. The biggest struggle was learning the music industry and what it takes to build your brand within it.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am an artist and event promoter. I am most proud of being able to do both of those things at the same time and fit it into my brand. I think that’s what sets me apart from others as well, using two different skills to build the same foundation.
How do you think about luck?
There was no luck involved. This has been all hard work planning and surrounding myself with good people. I would say I’m lucky to have the support of the ones I love and my circle every step of the way.
